As reported by Dailymail (27/6/2023), Tiffany Magee, a woman from Tampa, Florida, USA, once faced the challenge of being overweight with a height of 170 cm and weighing more than 100 kg. She found a unique solution that allowed her to lose weight without sacrificing the pleasure of eating.

Tiffany embraces the “mustard queen” spirit. Her daily eating routine includes breakfast with eggs, cottage cheese, and mustard. Her lunch involves chicken sausage, various types of raw vegetables, fruit, mustard, and cottage cheese.
“Today’s lunch consisted of chicken sausage with mustard, raw Brussels sprouts with mustard, pickled okra with a dash of mustard, and radishes with a touch of mustard. One of my favorite things in the world, hearts of palm, is now also eaten with mustard,” she said.
Apart from vegetables, Tiffany also eats broccoli and asparagus with a touch of cottage cheese and mustard sauce. She also adds dragon fruit and Japanese white potatoes to her diet. All vegetables are eaten fresh and uncooked. To drink, Tiffany chooses watermelon electrolyte liquid which provides proper hydration.
