Job Qualifications

  • Min. 5 – 7 years’ experience in Human Resources and familiar with Indonesia’s HR standards, with min. 3 years of team management background
  • Strong HR foundations on recruiting, payroll, Compensations & benefits, training & development, employee cares & compliance management
  • Experience in Payroll and L&D is a must
  • Attention to detail with strong problem solving & decision-making capabilities
  • High agility to work under ambiguity to initiate continuous improvement
  • Positive mindset and Can-Do Attitude

Job Description

  • Oversee the daily workflow of the HR and GA department
  • Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s HR and talent strategy relating to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning
  • Provide support and guidance to HR generalists,GA team, management, and other employees when new, complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise
  • Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, and professional roles
  • Conduct constructive and timely performance evaluations, performance management and provide feedback for the employee’s growth (end to end KPI and OKR process)
  • Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits for employees
  • Maintain compliance with Indonesia’s employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR, talent management, and employment law
  • Initiate, drive and facilitate the best fit Employee Benefit Programs, Job Professionalism Developments, and Career Pathing to create opportunities for talents.
