Job Description

  • Search for and pursue potential clients
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients
  • This role involves a combination of market research, client management, sales, and strategic planning to contribute to the company’s revenue and profit growth.
  • Market Research & Creation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research efforts, networking, and prospecting potential customers. Understand market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets. Present the company’s products/services to new clients and negotiate deals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for further collaboration.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work with internal teams to ensure alignment on business strategy and customer needs.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, manage client accounts, and finalize sales agreements (deal contracts).
  • Reporting & Analysis: Report on sales performance, market conditions, and client status, and prepare routine reports and presentations.
