Job Qualification

• Male / Female, Age 27 – 30 years
• Single / Married
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology / Management / Law / Equivalent-
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Senior Recruiter
• Strong analytical and attention to detail skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Description

• Conduct regular supervision of the recruitment team in areas such as: Job Posting, Screening, Interview Scheduling, and Document Completeness (Documentation)
• Organize and create plans within the recruitment team for program planning and implementation of recruitment strategies
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports are completed
• Coordinate with the HR Manager to assess the effectiveness of recruitment plans and strategies during implementation
• Build a network to source multiple candidates for various positions and levels
• Provide coaching/training to HR Recruiters and offer feedback for growth in line with company values
• Ensure and monitor the selection process through interviews or psychological testing according to the required position
• Ensure and monitor the process of providing information regarding employees’ rights and obligations to new joiners
• Ensure and monitor that job descriptions for all positions are available and complete

• Conduct the onboarding and induction process for new employees
