Job Description

• Ensure office provisions are in accordance with the latest laws/regulations
• Draft, review, negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Identify potential legal risks and how to overcome them
• Provide advice to management in various interests related to law
• Update on developments / changes in rules
• Ready to have a team and ensure the team’s work well
