Job Qualifications

• Male (preferred) / Female, 28-35 years old
• Married / Single
• Education minimal Bachelor or Magister majoring in Finance / Management / Accounting
• Having work experience in start-up is preferred
• Previous experience in KAP / consulting office is preferred

Job Description

• Oversee financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Leadership and Management, leading the finance and accounting department
• Budgeting and Forecasting, lead the budgeting and forecasting process, work closely with department heads to develop and manage budgets
• Audit and compliance, coordinate internal and external audits, ensure all necessary documentation and records are available. Update on changes and financial regulations and accounting standards, ensuring the company remains compliant.
• Strategic planning, contributing to the development and implementation of the company’s financial strategy
• Implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and control
• Monitor and manage cash flow, investment, and financing activities
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks and government agencies
