• Min D3 / S1 all majors
• Minimum 1 year in Finance position
• Single or married status
• Have good communication skills and accuracy
• Accustomed to working mobile
• Have a vendor database

Job Description

• Handling internal GA administration, such as recording and monitoring
• Being PIC for the Driver team, such as schedule coordinator, monitoring overtime, coordination with the team
• Maintanance of company assets
• PIC for company electronic goods
• Taking care of company documents, such as STNK extensions for company vehicles
• Perform regular database updates
• Communicate with the company’s permanent vendors
• Finding vendors for Purchasing needs
